How do I close my Hazel account or have my records deleted?
If you decide Hazel isn't right for you, you can request your account be closed and your records deleted by contacting our care team. Some records may be retained for the period required under Australian healthcare regulations (typically 7 years for adults). We'll explain what can and can't be deleted when you make the request.
