Bec has been working as a psychologist for over 16 years. She is empathetic and passionate about creating a therapeutic space grounded in authenticity, where clients feel heard, supported, and validated. Bec aims to provide strategies and guidance that support positive outcomes.

She has a special interest in birth trauma and is passionate about supporting mothers through recovery and adjustment.

Bec also works extensively across pregnancy, perinatal, and postnatal mental health. She supports women experiencing fertility challenges, adjustment to parenting, and mental health impacts related to menopause and hormone treatment.

Gottman Level 1 and 2 trained, Bec works with couples to strengthen relationships and improve communication, and also provides post-separation and co-parenting counselling.

Her work draws from a range of evidence-based therapies including Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT and CBT-E), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT).

Outside of the clinic, Bec enjoys spending time with her husband and three children — exploring local swimming holes, cheering at sporting events, and enjoying relaxed family movie nights.
